To create an Instagram ad campaign, go to Facebook Business Manager. Click Settings in the upper right corner-> Accounts. Choose Instagram Accounts ->Add -> Connect an Instagram account.
Proceed to the Ads Manager and start creating a campaign just as a usual one for Facebook.
In the process of creating choose Instagram in Placements.
Instagram Feed, Instagram Explore, Instagram Stories are the prescribed placements.
Optimisation for ad delivery -> Link clicks
Your Download Gate link will be placed in Website URL section.
