For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in using LeadEnforce service.

I can't complete my LeadEnforce subscription. What should I do?

If you are trying to subscribe for a LeadEnforce plan but you can't complete the purchase, please follow the troubleshooting guide below.

  • Make sure you don’t have a LeadEnforce subscription already. You can check this on the Payment History section of the website.
  • Make sure you have enough balance on your PayPal account.
  • Make sure that your PayPal account is not deactivated or blocked.
  • Make sure your billing information is up to date with your payment provider.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
I forgot my LeadEnforce password. What should I do?

You can easily reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page. 

Enter your email address and click “Send Password Reset Link”. You will then shortly receive an email from us with a link to a page where you can set your new password.

What do I do if I still can't access my account?

If you can't log in after you reset your password, please make sure your LeadEnforce is up to date, clear cache and cookies, and if the problem persists, please contact our support team

How do I change the email address/password I use for my LeadEnforce account?

You can easily manage all your account settings by clicking “Change Personal Information” in the Profile Settings section. There you can change your email address, your password, and your profile name.

How do I close my LeadEnforce account?

To close your LeadEnforce account, please contact LeadEnforce Support. Our team will then be able to take care of it for you. 

Please note, due to security reasons we cannot close any accounts unless the account holders confirm their identity by contacting us directly using the address used for the account in question. 

How do I turn off/on email notifications?

Manage your email notifications in the Profile settings section under “E-mail notifications”. You can turn on or turn off receiving news, receiving system's notifications, and receiving project's notifications.

Why there is an option to connect a Facebook account?

You can connect your Facebook account with your LeadEnforce account to log in to our website using your Facebook credentials. To connect your Facebook, go to the Profile settings section and click the Bind Facebook button under “Social Networks”. You will be redirected to your Facebook page and you will get a notification to share your Facebook account. You can stop sharing your Facebook account by clicking the unlink button. 

Why there is an option to add phone number and Skype?

To make your account more secure and stay in touch with our support team, you can add your mobile phone and your Skype account to your LeadEnforce account. Go to Profile settings and click the Change Contacts under “Contacts”. Enter your phone number, your Skype id and click “Save changes”. You can delete or update your contacts by clicking Change Contacts once again.

I have issues with my LeadEnforce account. What should I do?
