For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in using LeadEnforce service.

How to rename/delete my project?

To rename or delete your project proceed to the project page and click the settings button (which be displayed as gear) at the upper-left corner of screen. There you can find options to Rename project and Delete project.

I receive a message that my created audience is too small, what should I do?

If you receive a message like "Audience is too small to be used in campaign creation", please try each of these solutions separately:

  • Wait from 10 to 30 minutes. LeadEnforce might need more time to gather more users that meet your selected filters.
  • Change or exclude some filters. Some of the selected filters might be incompatible with the group/page, please review “Page insights” and “Statistics” of the group or page for more information.
  • Add users from other groups or pages. You can find more users that meet your selected filters in other groups/pages and add them to existing audience.
  • Make sure that your selected group or page is big enough to create an audience.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
I can't see users in the Active users/Posts/Comments/Likes section. What should I do?

If you receive the message "No records" in the Active users, Posts, Comments or Likes sections, please make sure that your selected group or page is not a closed one. Likers, post or comment authors will not be displayed in closed groups/pages. If you get this message within aforementioned sections of open groups or pages, please contact our support team.

I can't see the 'Page Insights' button in the group section. What can I do?

If you can't see the Page Insights button in the selected group or page section, please check if this selected group/page is a closed one. Closed Facebook groups/pages will not provide any page insights and this button will not be displayed. If the Page Insights section is not displayed in open groups or pages, please try to wait from 30 minutes to couple hours.

I haven't received any requests to share Ad account ID on the Business Manager website. What should I do?

After sending a request to share your Ad account ID it is necessary to wait from 2 to 5 minutes and it will be displayed in “Settings→Requests” section on the Business Manager website. 

The request to share my Ad account ID is expired. What should I do?

You can easily send another request by clicking “Send request again” under the "Request expired" notification in the “Marketing→Facebook Ad Accounts” section on the LeadEnforce website.

What do I do if I still can't share my Ad account ID?

If you can't share your Ad account ID after sending another request, please make sure that you have copied and pasted your Ad Account ID from the Ad accounts section on the Business Manager main page, and not your personal ID. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

My audience with the age filter is small. What should I do?

If you find your audience small after implementing the age filter, it’s most likely that your audience has too many users with their age hidden on their profiles. If you want to include these users with hidden age, it is necessary to implement the age filter on Facebook Business Manager website.

  1. Create an audience without implementing the age filter.
  2. Share your audience with your Facebook Ad account by copy-pasting your Ad account ID to our website.
  3. Create a new campaign on Business Manager website by clicking on your Ad account on Business Manager main page and switching to Campaigns tab. Choose the name of your campaign, ad set, ad, and click Save to Draft.
  4. Go to Ad set tab, mark your ad set and click edit. Scroll down to the Audience section and select your audience by clicking on Add Custom Audience or Lookalike audience.
  5. Select the age and click Publish or click Close to edit your ad and publish it later.
